How does the rental work?

You choose a tote package, we deliver it, you pack and move, and then we pick the empties back up.

How big are the totes?

Each tote is the same size as a standard large moving box: 27" x 17" x 12.5".

How long can I keep the totes?

The maximum rental period is 4 weeks. If you need longer, please contact us first.

Where do I enter delivery and pickup details?

The booking section now has separate fields for the delivery address and the pickup address.

Can I book without waiting for a quote?

Yes. The pricing page is set up so customers can see the package price first and book right away.

Can you handle the whole Okanagan?

Yes. Core routes use standard pricing and longer routes can still be shown upfront before booking.
